2009 Pro Days a success
The 2009 Farmington Country Club Pro Days were held on Sept. 11-13. Thank you to all the people who played and provided prizes. Also a special thank you to Farmington Country Club and all its members for their amazing Support in 2009!

George crowned club champion
Playing in his ninth club championship final, long-time member Pete George defeated Jim Sherman on the second sudden-death playoff hole to capture his first Farmington Country Club Championship on Monday, September 7. The 36-hole match was a gut-wrenching, roller-coaster affair between the two with many peaks and valleys for both golfers. Sherman led by two holes after nine, before George rallied to take five-straight holes on the second nine and lead by three heading into the second 18. Down by three with six to play, Sherman forged an impressive comeback to force a sudden-death playoff.
